Security & Responsible Operations.
Responsible AI operations require more than technology. Hybrius designs its services around controlled access, human accountability, client-defined procedures, and responsible handling of business information.
Security and Privacy by Design
Hybrius designs its services around least-privilege access, clearly defined handling procedures, and data minimization. Where a solution involves sensitive information, the applicable handling rules are established with the client before work begins rather than assumed afterwards.
Human Oversight for AI-Supported Workflows
For AI-supported workflows, our operating model places human review, escalation, and documented outcomes at the center. AI systems support the work; designated people verify results, apply client-approved procedures, and record the actions taken.
Role-Based Access and Accountability
Access to client systems and information is limited to authorized personnel whose roles require it. Client engagement, solution design, and service governance are led through our US organization, and offshore or distributed access is granted only where explicitly agreed per engagement — never automatically or unrestricted.
Client-Specific Security Requirements
Each engagement defines its own access permissions, handling procedures, escalation rules, and data requirements. Where a client has specific security or compliance requirements, we work to understand and address them directly as part of engagement planning.
Data Handling and Client Boundaries
Hybrius works with clients to define what information is necessary for each engagement, who is authorized to access it, and how it may be handled. Data access, retention, permitted processing locations, and escalation responsibilities are established through client-specific agreements and operating procedures.
Security Transparency
We believe clients should have a clear understanding of the security practices relevant to their engagement. The principles described here explain our approach to responsible operations and do not constitute a certification, independent audit, or guarantee of a particular security outcome. Specific security requirements and applicable controls are discussed and documented as part of each engagement.
Responsible Reporting
If you have identified a potential security concern involving the Hybrius corporate website or our services, please contact support@hybrius.com with a description of the issue. We review reported concerns and determine appropriate follow-up based on their nature and severity. Please avoid sending sensitive credentials or confidential client information in an initial email.
